The MNSO Organization is a youth political organization focused on bridging gaps, finding common ground and coming together as a whole.
The MNSO will operate by having local chapters in specific areas, a chapter has no size limit and can be the size of one county in a state or a whole nation such as Norway. (This is a statute which may be edited in the future if needed)
The MNSO will have local chapter meetings and they will be ran by the local chapter leaders, for a chapter there must be at least one local leader per city. The Chapter leader is responsible for gatherings, meetings and managing any problems in that area and or reporting these problems to the MNSO Board if needed.
There will be at least one chapter meeting a month, no regulations on where this may be held as long as it can hold all people in that chapter. Such as (Parks, City hall, churches, offices, schools etc).
All MNSO Chapters are under the authority of the main offices in Dallas. The official headquarters of the MNSO Organization is in Dallas Texas.
MNSO Chapters can be started by anyone with a strong will and work ethic, if there is not a chapter in your area, start one! Contact the MNSO at Admin@mnso.live and ask about creating a chapter in your area. The MNSO is willing to work with like minded and talented individuals who want to make a difference.
MNSO Chapters are mostly independent and self governing/organized. They must follow the outline of the curriculum provided by MNSO but may choose their own events, hosting locations, members etc. There is nothing preventing MNSO Chapters teaching their own curriculum on top of that of the MNSO curricula (so long as it does not go against MNSO Values and common beliefs).
MNSO Chapters are required to host meetings at least once a month, but there is no limit to the number of events/meetings they may host. MNSO Chapters dictate their own policy on absence etc. MNSO Dallas recommends all members must attend at least one meeting/event per month.
The Administration understands and expects local chapters to abide and adhere to the laws of their respective (Districts, Country, State, Counties etc). MNSO enforces the laws of the respective area of the chapters and will do whatever necessary to uphold the law thereof.
Every member in the MNSO is required to be assigned a personal ID Number and legitimacy card, this may be virtual or physical. The numbers will be as followed:
Example: A-(United States), 22-(Dallas TX), A1-(personal unique number) → A22A1 (Complete ID number).
This system is designed for up to 234 members per chapter. It may be revised in the future if necessary.
The MNSO is required to use its own curricula. This curricula will be developed by the youth and members of the MNSO, using research, statistics and reliable data. The curriculum will reflect many opinions and beliefs all coming together to form common ground.
